OCEAN SEVEN 602 is a data logging instrument complete with UMTS (2G/3G) wireless data transmitter and a double RS232/RS485 interface dedicated to OCEAN SEVEN 3xx multi-parameter CTDs. The OCEAN SEVEN 602 operates at user configurable data acquisition intervals acquiring data from the interfaced OS3xx CTDs. Acquired data is stored (backup) in the built-in SD card (8GByte) and automatically transmitted thought the internet network to a configurable FTP site by means of the integrated data transceiver module: UMTS (2G/3G). Transmitted data is saved on the FTP server in text files. Acquisition interval and OCEAN SEVEN 602 operations can be remotely customized by means of the “OCEAN SEVEN 602 Configurator” program.
